How can I pay?

When will I receive my order?
Your order will be dispatched within 3 working days. Postage times are estimated at between 3-7 business days depending on your location within Australia. Therefore you can expect to receive your order from 7-13 days after making payment (excludes international orders).
How will I know my order has been sent?
You will be notified by email on the day that your order is dispatched. If this period is prolonged for any reason, you will be informed by email.
How will my order be packaged?
Where appropriate, your order will be wrapped in bubble wrap and sent in applicable Australia Post tough bags or satchels.
How is postage calculated?
The postage amount will be calculated at checkout.
Postage options include:
- Regular Australia Post
- Registered Australia Post (recommended)
- Express Post (recommended)
- International Air Mail.

Can my parcel be tracked?
We recommend that you selected to register your parcel or use express post as these options include tracking.
What if I am not home when my parcel arrives?
If you have selected regular post, your parcel will be left in a safe place at the address. If a safe place cannot be found, a card will be left in your mailbox and you will need to collect the parcel from the nearest post office.
If you have selected to registered post, you will be required to sign for the parcel upon delivery. If you are not home when it is delivered, a card will be left in your mailbox and you will need to collect the parcel from the nearest post office.
My parcel has not arrived!
We rely on Australia Post for delivery and this can sometimes mean that your order will not be received for up to 10 days. In the first instance we ask you to check with your local post office and if unsuccessful then please email us.
Creative Quilling are not liable for missing parcels if you do not choose one of these delivery methods.
Do you deliver internationally?
Yes, we are happy to send parcels internationally. International orders will be sent via Australia Post International Air Mail. Once the item arrives at the country of destination the delivery becomes reliant upon the local postal service in that country. We recommend you choose to register your parcel so that it can be tracked. The postage amount is calculated when you enter your country at checkout. International delivery may be subject to local custom’s levies and are the responsibility of the customer. Please check with your local authority for any applicable charges.
Returns, refunds and exchanges
Creative Quilling understands that internet shopping is different to shopping the conventional way. If for any reason you are unhappy with your selection, Creative Quilling will gladly credit, exchange or refund for items still in their original packaging. Items need to be returned in the original packaging. Postage and packaging charges are NOT refundable. Creative Quilling takes great care in packaging your order so that it arrives at your doorstep intact and requests the same care be taken with returns. Creative Quilling will not be held responsible for missing or damaged parcels incurred to returns whilst in the care of Australia Post.
Please notify Creative Quilling within 14 days of receipt should you wish to make a return. All returns are to be pre-approved by Creative Quilling. Refunds are processed within 7 days of receipt of returned goods and will be made via the same payment method. Please note an additional postage fee will be charged on exchanges.

Faulty or damaged goods
In the rare event that your item is received faulty or damaged, Creative Quilling will happily exchange or refund your purchase (including postage costs). Please notify Creative Quilling within 14 days of purchase should your items be damaged or faulty.
Creative Quilling is dedicated to keeping your details private. Any information we collect in relation to you is kept strictly secure. We do not pass on, sell or swap any of your personal details with anyone. We use your information to identify your orders, provide you with our regular newsletter and to personalise your shopping experience with us.
